Memento

Delete your Memento account

You can do this yourself in the app, or ask us to do it for you. Either way it is permanent.

In the app

  1. Open Memento and sign in
  2. Go to Profile → Account settings
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm

This takes effect immediately — you are signed out and the login stops working.

If you can’t sign in

Email privacy@mementomods.app from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account.

We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may need to check you own the address before we act on it.

Deleting only some of your data

You don’t have to delete everything. Tell us in the same email what you want removed — a portfolio photo, a healing-concern thread, an intake form, your artist profile while keeping the account — and we’ll remove it unless we’re legally required to keep it.

What is deleted, and what isn’t

DeletedKept, no longer linked to you
Your name, avatar, bio and social links
Artist profile content, services and hours
Portfolio, healing-concern and healed photos
Device push tokens
Saved artists, shops and flash
Past bookings and quotes, so the artist keeps their own records
Messages in shared threads, shown to the other party
Signed intake and consent forms, which studios are legally required to retain
Payment and transaction records, where tax or financial rules require them

Anything in the right-hand column is de-identified where we can: it stays attached to the appointment it belongs to, not to a named person. Before deletion we also settle money in flight — held deposits are refunded and upcoming bookings cancelled.

Deletion cannot be undone. Signing up again later creates a new account; nothing from the old one comes back.
